I'm glad you've asked me that question.  The Second Life Satan can be found at midnight (Pacific Standard Time) at any point where two Linden roads cross that do not have a temple, church, synagogue, mosque or tabernacle on any of the four corners of the intersection.  The transaction will require a fountain pen and a small amount of your avatar's digital blood for signing purposes.
